Adam Krauss

Adam Krauss (b. 1981, Lee, NH) is an abstract expressionist painter based in New Hampshire. His work explores color, motion, and the emotional textures of perception. His paintings create layered visual experiences that invite reflection, curiosity, and a sense of possibility. Explore more of Adam’s artwork at adkart.org.

Adam’s artwork was featured in ‘Chromatic Flow‘ on view April 11-26, 2026.

“These paintings explore constrained joy – the space in between expression and resistance when good things begin to emerge. The marks carry urgency and the color pushes outward. But something interrupts their arc – like a lurking friction that redirects and pushes into our path. What remains is a kind of suspension – a dance of competing movements – that never fully resolves. My hope is the absence of resolution invites connection and exploration.”

Adam’s artwork was featured in ‘Tout Le Monde’ on view August 9-31, 2025.

“These works reflect the revelry of summer untamed and feelings all a-flutter.”
